- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the Complaints and Enforcement Division
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data input, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, formatting, scanning, printing, posting and keeping record of correspondence
- Conduct background checks, such as company and land searches, and retrieve records from public databases
- Manage meeting schedule for the Division, and set up logistics for activities and meetings (e.g. physical meeting and video/audio conference)
- Assist in preparing documents / presentation materials / reports and compiling statistics
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;
- Experience in governmental departments/ statutory bodies/ authorities will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and communications skills
- Organised, detail-minded, responsible and able to take the initiative to manage and deliver tasks on time
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
