  • Execute comprehensive marketing activities for a leading FMCG brand.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, in-store activations, and POSM.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign ROI, providing insights for optimization.
  • Support brand marketing efforts across ATL (TV, print, digital) and BTL (PR events, activations).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on product development and market research.
  • Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and support daily marketing operations and ad hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a sizable company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Solid experience in trade marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
