
Assistant Brand Manager - Household / Personal Care

- Lead brand initiatives, driving visibility and sales across retail channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product development and campaign execution
- Execute comprehensive marketing activities for a leading FMCG brand.
- Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, in-store activations, and POSM.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign ROI, providing insights for optimization.
- Support brand marketing efforts across ATL (TV, print, digital) and BTL (PR events, activations).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on product development and market research.
- Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and support daily marketing operations and ad hoc projects.
- A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a sizable company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Solid experience in trade marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
