• 將提供有關貨櫃碼頭營運、國際航運和當地物流行業的專業在職培訓。
• 熱衷於與客戶的外部溝通

• 處理客戶詢問。
• 處理電子裝運單據以確保及時交貨。
• 協助客戶註冊新服務。
• 與會計部門密切合作進行付款核對。

• F. 6 或以上
• 應屆畢業生或經驗較少，但有客戶服務業兼職/實習/臨時工作經驗者亦可考慮
• 具備 MS Office（Word 和 Excel）基本電腦技能
• 可立即上班有優勢

• Fresh graduates / less experienced will also be considered
• Professional on-the-job training will be provided on container terminal operations, international shipping and the local logistics industry.
• Passionate about external communication with customers

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Process electronic shipping documents to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist customers with the registration of new services.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounts Department for payment reconciliation.

• F. 6 or above
• Fresh graduates or less experience with part-time / internship / temporary experience in the customer service industry will also be considered
• Basic computer skills on MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
