The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our services, providing advisory support to clients, and ensuring a smooth visa application process.Key Responsibilities· Consult with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions· Present and sell immigration services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and features· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business· Learn and understand the visa application process to provide accurate advice· Guide clients through the documentation and application process, ensuring all requirements are met· Follow up with clients and relevant authorities to track the progress of applications· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally· Provide updates and information about changes in immigration laws and regulations· Prepare and maintain comprehensive client records and documentation· Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniquesRequirements· Diploma or higher in any field.· 1-2 years of experience in sales; candidates with a strong sales background but no immigration experience are welcome· Candidates with banking or insurance experience are welcome· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese; fair English communication skills are preferred· Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processingAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
