Provide support to end users and the operation
Manages IT Network, Servers, Cloud and Cybersecurity of operation sites
Monitor, Troubleshoot and Up-keeping of networking infrastructure
Project works in Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital Transformation
Follow professional IT management practice and documentation

Job Requirements:

Degree holders, Diploma or above in Information Technology, or other relevant IT certifications.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in user devices and network support.
Hands-on experience in Layer 2/3 networking, Cybersecurity and Servers
Experience in Google Workspace is an advantage
Good working attitude and communication
Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
