It fosters a dynamic culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and impactful work.Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Associate Director / Director will lead the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team to:
  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that enhance the organization's credibility and visibility locally and internationally.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through compelling messaging, media relations, and public affairs initiatives.
  • Serve as a senior communications advisor on reputation and issue management.
  • Build strategic relationships with international and local media, and manage agency partnerships.
  • Lead executive communications and content development aligned with brand purpose.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role within corporate communications or public relations, ideally in a multinational or innovation-driven environment.
  • Strong media networks and relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Proven expertise in crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and inspire teams.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Experience in the innovation and technology sector is a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate Director level.
