- Identify and pursue opportunities in Digital Transformation solutions (RPA, BPM, ECM, EDMS, Mobile, Workflow, ERP, AI)
- Manage strategic accounts with domain-specific expertise
- Engage C-level executives to drive adoption of digital solutions
- Work with pre-sales teams to assess customer needs and conduct process assessments
- Deliver demos & Proof of Concepts (POCs) — translate technical details into business-friendly workflows
- Collaborate with vendors on solution design, proposals, and support
- Provide new technology updates to C-level stakeholders to spark project interest
- Maintain strong corporate client relationships with a proven revenue generation track record
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (preferred)
- At least 3-8 years in IT sales / business development (ICT industry)
- Experience selling RPA, BPM, ECM, EDMS, ERP, AI solutions is a big plus
- Proven success in meeting sales targets (revenue & KPIs)
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation
- Fluent in English & Chinese (written & spoken)
