Posting Date: 2025-08-08Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes AuthoritySenior Officer (Enforcement)The JobAssist in investigation of complaints against MPF intermediaries;Assist in identifying suspected non-compliances or offences by MPF intermediaries and make recommendation on appropriate course of actions;Compile statistics and management reports and maintain management information database;Assist in drafting operational procedures and policies for the Investigation Section;Supervise subordinates in performing their duties; andPerform other duties as assigned by management.The PersonA recognized degree or equivalent;At least 4 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, pension, customer services, labour relations, public administration and accounting/auditing field, preferably gained from the public sector or large organizations, of which at least 2 years should be at Officer level or above and preferably gained from MPFA;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;Good interpersonal, judgment, analytical and presentation skills; andMature, flexible, customer-oriented and able to work independently as well as under pressure.Remuneration PackageA competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered.
