To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a results-driven individual. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and execute projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You'll also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate complex project landscapes.What you do
- Establish and maintain material on project management standards, best practices for different SDLC methodologies.
- Maintain holistic timeline view of projects across squads and teams
- Ensure project status are collected and reviewed on time for management reporting
- Provide guidance and support to project managers, track and ensure the execution of projects are according to guideline, internal policies and audit standardsWho you are
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of project management experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
