Senior Manager, IT Process & Agile Transformation
- Hong Kong
- Permanent
- Full-time
- Map Our Digital Value Stream: You will dive deep into our core IT processes, including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Change & Release Management (ITIL), and Incident/Problem Management. Your first task will be to identify the key bottlenecks and opportunities for flow, speed, and quality improvement.
- Champion Agile & Lean Practices: Apply your deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/DevOps) to not just design, but actively implement smarter ways of working. Your goal will be to help our teams achieve faster delivery cycles, higher quality releases, and a more sustainable work pace.
- Be a Transformation Catalyst: You will lead engaging workshops and coaching sessions with our engineers, project managers, and product owners. You won't just create new process diagrams; you'll build the skills, mindset, and culture of continuous improvement within our teams to ensure these changes stick.
- Drive High-Impact Initiatives: You will take full ownership of key improvement projects—from optimizing our CI/CD pipeline and automating testing gates to refining our agile planning rituals. You will manage these initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring they deliver measurable results.
- Make Performance Visible: Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau to create transparent dashboards that track key DevOps and Agile metrics (e.g., Cycle Time, Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate). You will tell the story of our progress to senior leadership, turning data into actionable insights and celebrating wins.
- A Seasoned IT Process Guru: You have at least 8 years of experience improving processes specifically within a technology or IT environment. You live and breathe concepts like SDLC, ITIL, and value stream mapping.
- An Agile & Lean Evangelist: You have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience) and are passionate about Agile principles. You don't just know the theory; you've successfully applied it in the real world to help software and infrastructure teams thrive.
- A Data-Driven Storyteller: You are highly analytical and proficient with tools like Jira, Excel, and Tableau. You know how to instrument processes, measure what matters, and use data to influence decisions.
- A Natural Collaborator and Coach: Your communication and stakeholder management skills are exceptional. You excel at listening to teams, understanding their challenges, and guiding them toward better outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- A Resilient and Accountable Owner: You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You take ownership, see challenges as opportunities, and are relentlessly focused on delivering value.
