Senior Manager, FP&A (IT industry)

• Lead the financial and strategic planning process
• Deliver value-added reports, analyses, and recommendations
• Review business and financial performance monthly
• Collaborate with various business units during budgeting and forecasting
• Identify and monitor key business drivers, and report impacts
• Develop business models for management decisions
• Initiate and lead process/system enhancement projects
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field with recognized accounting qualification
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A
• Industry experience in IT/Telecommunication/SaaS is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
