We offer a broad range of supply chain solutions from integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail and multimodal) and e-commerce to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with forwarders and warehouse team for stock planning and arranging for import shipment
Perform import declaration in Tradelink System
Check invoices from forwarders and payment preparation
Documentation support of the import shipment
Maintain the daily inventory balance checking with Services provider
Monitor the daily EDI transaction with Services provider
Perform ad hos duties as assigned

Requirements

DSE/ Diploma or above
1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in Shipping & Logistics field with WMS knowledge is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge in Tradelink System operation is preferred
Able to work independently as well as a team member
Working Location: Yuen Long Kam Tin
