- Promote and maximize sales and distribution of medical products in all segments to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Support new product line (CVA) promotion and education to drive sustainable growth
- Handle new product launch, develop new accounts and initiate effective selling plan
- Handle and co-ordinate sales and marketing activities
- Timely update on market situation, new trends, and customer insights to internal key stakeholders
- Implement local marketing plan to achieve marketing objective as well as sales goal
- At least 3 - 5 years of sales & marketing experience in selling medical devices preferred For candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Specialist
- Proactive in carrying out tasks and driving sales results
- Self-motivated, independent, well organized, positive learning attitude and able to work under pressure
- Result oriented to achieve/exceed job expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
