Position: Executive Assistant II (Medical Social Services)Rank: Executive Assistant IIDepartment/ Cluster: Medical Social Services Department, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC)Pay: HK$19,764 – HK$24,023 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide secretarial service to senior staff and clerical support to the daily operation of the department. The typical duties include:1.Executive support to the professional service and general clerical duties in the office.2.Assistance in processing Medical Fee Waiving, Samaritan Fund and Community Care Fund, etc., includes collecting and checking financial documents provided by the applicants3.Data input, statistics compilation and conducting research.4.Administrative, logistic and secretarial supporting for meetings.5.Reception counter work and public enquiries.6.Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Entry Requirements:1.University Graduates; OR2.Completed F.5/ S.5 AND Diploma in specialized function with (a) or (b) below:(a)Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;(b)5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:l Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; andl Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.Preferable Attributes/ Exposure :1.Experience in handling medical fee waiver application in Hospital.2.Knowledge of common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet/Intranet, etc.) and PC applications (e.g. Word processing, Excel, Access & PowerPoint).3.Knowledge of other dialects (e.g. Mandarin) in the light of individual job requirement.4.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.5.Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.6.Good interpersonal and communication skills.7.Pleasant, mature personality and willing to work under pressure.Remarks :1.
