Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
Take care of the Concierge Desk and provide personalized service to all guests

Requirements

Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
