- Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with hotel services and facilities, tours, transportation and restaurant recommendations
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
- Take care of the Concierge Desk and provide personalized service to all guests
- Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
