Welcome and greetings to all guests arriving hotel via hotel main entrance area
Assist guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs
Assist at the Concierge counter and ensure all guest requests met with satisfaction
Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
Supervise and delegate duties to subordinates

Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Passionate about customer service
Good in communicating in English and Chinese
Positive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people
Self motivated and disciplined
