- Welcome and greetings to all guests arriving hotel via hotel main entrance area
- Assist guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist at the Concierge counter and ensure all guest requests met with satisfaction
- Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
- Supervise and delegate duties to subordinates
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
- Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Passionate about customer service
- Good in communicating in English and Chinese
- Positive, friendly and enjoy interacting with people
- Self motivated and disciplined
- 5-day work week
