  • Perform general office administrative and clerical supports
  • Handle team's invoicing, expenses and monthly reports
  • Manage schedules, appointments and meetings
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and documents
  • Manage team head diary and meeting schedule
  • Liaison with the team flight bookings, expenses & Invoices
Your Profile
  • HKCEE or DSE or above
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance, or financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Experiences and capabilities to handle all matters in relation to
  • Team player, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in reading and writing English; native Cantonese speaking Fresh graduate
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
