
Executive Officer, Human Resources and Administration

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, screening, interview, staff onboarding, leave management, professional development and exit management, etc.;
- Work closely with different operation teams in identifying manpower requirements;
- Provide regular HR reporting and data analysis;
- Assist in developing recruitment strategy;
- Assist in preparing employment recommendation packages for Senior Management's consideration;
- Assist in planning, developing and implementing human resources and administrative services policies and procedures;
- Assist in monitoring workflows to achieve operational efficiency;
- Liaise with internal and external parties for employee activities and events; and
- Provide supports for ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources and/or administration;
- Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to prepare documents and correspondences independently;
- Detail-minded, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and self-motivated; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is a must.
