- Offer technical guidance to team and support clients
- Serve as senior Level II/III engineer for IT infrastructure issues
- Act as escalation point for team infrastructure challenges
- Monitor client systems and apply preventive measures
- Collaborate with helpdesk leader for timely client service
- Provide advice on system stability, performance, and security
- Design and implement technology solutions with the team
- Train junior staff on technical skills
- Keep accurate records of client IT infrastructure
- Promote company culture and standards
- Remain available via phone outside office hours
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Handle additional tasks as assigned
- 5+ years in tech support, 3+ years as senior engineer
- Diploma or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows technologies
- Hands-on skills with servers, storage, backups, networks, UPS
- Certifications (MCSE, MCITP, MS/AZ, VCAP, VCP, CISSP, CISA) a plus
