Highway Contract no.: 14/HY/2024 Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads on Hong Kong Island excluding Expressways and High Speed Roads 2025 – 2030)We are looking for a Site Agent (SA) to oversee the supervision and execution of term maintenance contracts, ensuring high standards in road and drainage works.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate term maintenance and civil engineering works.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Manage site teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress and resolve site issues efficiently.
Prepare reports and documentation related to site works.Requirements (Fulfill One of the Following):Option 1: Recognized university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with:
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
Option 2: Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with:
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
Option 3: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
Additional Requirements:
