
HR Officer, Compensation & Benefits (up to 35k)

- Assist in the end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrolment, and annual salary/bonus exercises.
- Participate in compensation benchmarking, market surveys, and data analytics to support pay structure reviews and salary recommendations.
- Liaise with external vendors on benefits, insurance, and wellness programs, and respond to employee inquiries on C&B matters.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on C&B metrics for management review.
- Assist with expatriate administration, including mobility and relocation support.
- Support the C&B team in other HR projects and assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operations, preferably within a multinational or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong sense of integrity.
