• Global Luxury Retail Company.

• Facilitate the deployment of our Workday platform across various countries, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless adoption.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR teams, providing expert support, conducting training, and developing user-friendly documentation.
• Design and build custom reports within Workday, using global standards to deliver actionable data and analytics to stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Workday-SAP integrations and other regional HR technology tools.
• Act as a key liaison between HR teams, local business leaders, and the wider technology function to meet their needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Workday.
• A strong passion for the intersection of HR business practices and technology.
• Patience and excellent communication skills to guide users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
