- Lead and support the enhancement of licensing conditions related to virtual asset activities, including regulatory submissions and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics, ensuring all initiatives meet SFC compliance standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including risk controls, governance frameworks, and internal procedures, with a focus on virtual asset regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on virtual asset-related initiatives, identifying emerging risks and opportunities across the investment landscape.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments in Hong Kong and globally, updating internal policies and driving implementation across relevant teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial markets, with strong familiarity in both Hong Kong and U.S. equity markets.
- Holder of Hong Kong SFC licenses for Type 9; prior experience in license uplift processes is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in virtual asset compliance, including hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks and operational controls.
- Background in asset management or proprietary trading, particularly within the virtual asset space or equivalent investment management functions.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and operational workflows related to digital assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience in managing complex regulatory and operational responsibilities.
