Assist Front Office Manager in the management of the department
Serves as the Manager on Duty and oversea operations during the overnight shift
Handle all guest related issues, oversee and address any challenges during the overnight shift
Review, verify and react to all group resumes, checking billing, room types, arrival, departure dates, and VIP designations

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
8-10 years of relevant working experience
Previous Front Office experience in management level in hotel of similar capacity is preferred
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
Strong sense of service excellence
Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to proactively improve ways of working and services are essential
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
