Senior Officer, Digital Performance Marketing (Fintech - In house position)

About the companyOur client is a HK based fast-growing start-up fintech firm promoting financial product business. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Officer for their Digital Performance Marketing team.About the roleReporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving digital sales strategies by performing digital performance marketing and affiliate marketing on financial products and customer digital journey. You have to assist in driving digital sales targets on various online and paid media channels (including website, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, SEO, SEM and mobile app etc.). You will conduct performance analysis by using various digital marketing tools (such as AB testing, Google Analytics and other digital tools) to track digital conversion rate, open rate, click through rate, customer digital behaviour and other marketing performance in achieving digital sales and acquisition. You are also required to manage the performance of social media platforms and participating in e-Commerce projects to explore new business opportunities effectively.The successful applicant:To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
  • Degree holder, preferably in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital performance marketing on social media channels (meta and google platforms required).
  • Solid digital marketing performance analysis experience preferably in insurance, banking or financial products.
  • Proven track record in driving digital acquisition with background in Digital Ad campaigns is a must.
  • Sound knowledge in conducting A/B testing, SEM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Double Click Campaign Manager, Double Click Search etc..
  • Strong business sense, good analytical mind and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
