The Customer Services and Store Administration Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of customer service while ensuring efficient store operations. This position requires a blend of exceptional communication skills and strong organizational abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Customer Service:· Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-store interactions.· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.· Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.· Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.· Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Store Administration:· Oversee daily stock management, including stock in/out and store-to-store transfers.· Manage administrative paperwork, reports, and stocktaking.· Facilitate communication between stores to ensure seamless operations.· Assist in maintaining the organization and aesthetics of the store environment.· Support the sales floor when needed, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.Job Qualifications:· Previous experience in customer service and store administration, preferably within the luxury retail sector.· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.· Proficient in relevant software and systems.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.· A passion for luxury brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
