Supervise Front Desk associates and monitor lobby area
Oversee the smooth running shift of the Front Office Department on a day to day basis
Monitor daily arrivals ensuring all requests are carried out wherever possible and all realistic expectations are met and ensure reservations are honored.

Requirements:

Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant studies
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good supervisory skills
Ability to coordinate with other departments
Previous working experience in hotel front desk is preferable
