Job Responsibilities
  • Expat to work in Thailand.
  • To own the products in mass production and NPI including assembly processes and operation document to end of life.
  • Have the opportunity for working on optical alignment or module assembly process, work with design team and operation team to deploy new product.
  • Set-up process stations and provide continuous improvement on yield improvement, cycle time reduce, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reduction
  • To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity
  • To execute best known continuous improvements methods like FMEAs, SDRs, A3s and 3P activities
  • To drive product variants with the team from concept to implementation
  • To do failure analysis of high-speed module
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Bachelor of Sc. or Eng degree in Photonics, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical
  • 5 years of industry experience in electronics or optical product manufacturing.
  • Familiar with common electronic and optical terminology
  • Teamwork orientation with effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Initiative-taking, able to plan tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines under tight project schedules.
  • Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Computer knowledge: MS Office. Knowledge of JMP, MiniTAB，Agile, ChatGPT is a plus.
