2. Major in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in wealth management, financial institutions, or related industries, with a focus on international business
development. Experience in cross-border wealth management is preferred.
4. Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment, proficiency in minority languages preferred.
5. Strong ability to collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective project implementation and coordination.
