Senior Manager, PMO

• Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery across multiple business units
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals
• Monitor and report on project performance, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and delivery excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in the technology or digital transformation sectors
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex projects within a structured PMO environment
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
