- Responsible for various human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, staff cost budgeting and performance management
- Drive the implementation of new HR systems, including user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, user training and ongoing system maintenance
- Analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive compensation structures and assist in salary and compensation review
- Assist in reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and market practices
- Support the maintenance of HR systems and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in HR projects, initiatives and ad hoc tasks as assigned
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained in the financial industry
- Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and legislation-related HR policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Software
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with supplementary experience and qualifications will also be considered, even if they do not meet all of the specified requirements above
