Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for various human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, staff cost budgeting and performance management
  • Drive the implementation of new HR systems, including user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, user training and ongoing system maintenance
  • Analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure competitive compensation structures and assist in salary and compensation review
  • Assist in reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and market practices
  • Support the maintenance of HR systems and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably gained in the financial industry
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and legislation-related HR policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Management Software
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with supplementary experience and qualifications will also be considered, even if they do not meet all of the specified requirements above
