- Fluent in English communication skills
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
- Sourcing: internal events, career fairs, online posts, local universities, regional channels etc.
- Filtering, reviewing and shortlisting applications
- Follow-up with candidates
- Work with various teams internally
- Keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Knowing how to evaluate on potential rather than experience
