- Provide 1st level service desk and desktop support to all internal users
- Preform troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
- Support conference calls set up
- Follow the escalation process to ensure professional IT support service
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT support in the Financial Service sector
- Experience working in an international environment is highly preferred
- Good hardware, video conferencing and networking knowledge
- University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
