
Guest Services Manager (Duty Manager) (5-day work)

- Manage the daily operation of the Front Office Department and maintain the high standard of services
- Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction in room assignment and future rooms sales situation
- Act as shift-in-charge to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
- Supervise the Front Office team and provide on-the-job training to new teammates
- Act as Manager-on-duty during the absence of the management team to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the Hotel
- Handle other duty as assigned by management
- Proficient in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
- Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
