Responsibilities· Maintain accurate member records and databases.· Manage daily administrative tasks within the membership office.· Handle member enquiries and provide excellent customer service.· Develop and implement membership engagement initiatives and loyalty campaigns.· Assist in organising events and activities for members.· Handle tasks and projects as assigned by the Membership Manager.Requirements· University degree holder; experience in customer service or membership management is a plus.· Strong organisational and communication skills; attention to detail is a must,· Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong skills in computer software applications.· A self-starter with creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.· Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Membership Officer.We offer career progression, attractive remuneration and associated benefits.
