We are seeking a high calibre candidate to join our Corporate Services & Administration Team.Main Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, screening, interview, staff onboarding, leave management, professional development and exit management, etc.;
Work closely with different operation teams in identifying manpower requirements;
Provide regular HR reporting and data analysis;
Assist in developing recruitment strategy;
Assist in preparing employment recommendation packages for Senior Management's consideration;
Assist in planning, developing and implementing human resources and administrative services policies and procedures;
Assist in monitoring workflows to achieve operational efficiency;
Liaise with internal and external parties for employee activities and events; and
Provide supports for ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources and/or administration;
Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to prepare documents and correspondences independently;
Detail-minded, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and self-motivated; and
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is a must.
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 2-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary.
