You'll be the face of Master Concept for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction through strategic relationship management and solution selling. The key accounts assigned will be within the public sector of Hong Kong (e.g. Government Departments, Higher Education, NGOs).Responsibilities :
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned key accounts
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions with the help of our technical team
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical consultants) to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitors
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and forecast sales performance
Qualifications :
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably with exposure to the public sector or government clients
  • Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, RFPs, and vendor engagement processes in Hong Kong will have advantage
  • Experience in IT solution selling, especially in cloud computing, system integration, or cybersecurity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
